Caramel apple cake

Ingredients

1 box french vanilla cake mix
1 can apple pie filling
1 1/2 cup apple sauce
2 eggs
1 caramel sauce ( for the topping)
1/4 stick butter
Directions

Pre-heat oven 350°

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish

Mix all ingredients (except the caramel) in a large mixing bowl. Do not over mix. Hand mix or use the slowest setting on your mixer.

Pour your mixture in the greased baking dish. Dot with remaining butter.

Bake for 40 minutes

Allow cake to cool once baked

Spread caramel topping over cooled cake.
