Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken breast

Cut chicken into small pieces. Add all ingredients into the crockpot, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over brown rice. The chicken should just fall apart!
