Soft Sugar Cookies Recipe..Yummmy!!










Ingredients

    4 ounces (1/2cup) butter, softened
    8 ounces (1 cup) sugar
    2 eggs
    ¾ teaspoon salt
    1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
    1 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum
    1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
    18 ounces (3 ¼ cups) my gluten free cookie/cake flour blend
    American Buttercream to frost, and SPRINKLES!
